Important
Information: Please be sure to
type or clearly print your
E-mail address on the New
Account Agreement, as this will
be the medium used to contact
you following the receipt of the
application. For joint accounts, each account
holder must sign at the bottom
of necessary pages.
Each account holder must fax in
an official form of
identification such as a drivers
license or a passport copy.

If
you wish to employ another
individual to trade on your
behalf, a Limited Power of
Attorney Form must be completed
indicating the account manager
who will be assigned the
necessary permissions as the
Trading Agent. In addition,
T & K Futures requires the
account manager to complete the
New Account Agreement. The PFG trading platform enables the
trading agent to collect a fee
on every unit being traded. This
fee must be specified on the
Limited Power of Attorney Form.
